Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD and shown tax free. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Product Information

We describe devices accurately and note compatibility requirements (2.4GHz Wi-Fi, hub-free operation, voice assistant support) on every product page. It's your responsibility to confirm compatibility with your home network and HVAC system before ordering thermostats.

Warranty

Devices carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your 30-day return window. Warranty claims: support@tweetieglasses.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Tweetieglasses is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from device use, including energy costs, property damage from improper installation, or losses from security camera outages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We'll always try to resolve issues directly first — email support@tweetieglasses.com before filing a claim.
