Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your smart home. If a device isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Return Window

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. No restocking fees. Items should include original accessories and packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@tweetieglasses.com with your order number and the reason for the return
2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address
3. Ship the item; once it arrives and passes inspection, your refund processes within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs.

Exceptions

• Items returned after 30 days may receive store credit at our discretion
• Items damaged by misuse (water immersion of indoor devices, physical damage) aren't eligible
